Vanessa yawned as she walked through the streets alone, wearing nothing but her sexy cheerleader outfit. She had just spent the night over at a friend's Halloween party, but it was late, and most of the guests had already gone home.
"What a night..." She said to herself as she walked to her house. Vanessa rounded the corner and saw a woman, sitting at the curb. Her short hair was white as snow, a complete contrast to her pitch black dress, but the strangest addition to her outfit were four long spidery legs sticking out of the back of her dress.
"I don't remember seeing her at the party." Vanessa said as she continued toward the woman. "Hello there! Do you need any help?"
The woman looked up, her eyes were dark, and pupilless. Probably some of those special contacts, Vanessa figured.
"No, I'm ok." The woman said. She stood up, and smiled at Vanessa. "my name's Nephy. Nice to meet you."
"Vanessa," Vanessa replied," So, are you returning from Karen's party."
"Actually, no. I came from a different party on the other side of the development. I had a few too many at the party, so I was taking a little rest to clear my head." Nephy said.
"Oh, my. Do you live far from here? I'll help you get back to your house. I don't drink, so it'd be easy for me to help you." Vanessa offered her help. She saw the woman swaying a little, and had figured she had been drinking a little.
Nephy nodded. "I live right down the street from here."
Vanessa smiled, and walked with the woman. "So, that's a nice costume. I've never gone to a party as a sexy spider."
Nephy laughed. "Maybe you should try some time."
the two neared Nephy's house. It wasn't anything very big, just an average sized house.
"Why don't you come in for a bit and let me give you a little something," Nephy said, "The least I can do for your hospitality is offer you a small thanks."
"Alright..." Vanessa smiled, and the two went inside.
Nephy grinned as she sat Vanessa down at the table. "Wait here for a moment."
Nephy left the table, andcame back minutes later with her hand's cupped. "Ready for your gift?"
Vanessa nodded, and held out her hand.
Nephy opened palm, and in her hand was a very big spider. Vanessa jumped back as soon as she saw it.
"Wh-what is that?" Vanessa asked.
"It's one of my pets."
"One of your pets? I don't want that." Vanessa stood up. "I'm sorry, I think it's time to go home."
She stepped toward the door, when something caught her foot, and she fell forward. She looked back at her feet to see that they were covered in spidersilk. looking around the kitchen floor she soon found out why.
Under her chair, and all around the room spiders crawled toward her. They were hidden in the dimly lit ight.
They quickly climbed onto the girl, and started to spray their silk.
"Ahhhh!!!" Vanessa screamed. "What're they doing?"
Nephy smiled. "Cocooning their prey of course."
"Why? WHy are you doing this?" Vanessa asked.
"Because I'm not wearing a costume. I'm a real jorougumo." Nephy gave an evil grin, revealing her fangs.
Vanessa tried to struggle free, but the army of spiders started to overpower her, soon she could barely squirm in a form fitting cocoon which the spiders had made. Her screams were silenced beneath a silk gag, and she was webbed upright to the wall.
Vanessa looked at her captor, wondering what the woman had in store for her.

Short story I wrote up really quick. Hope you enjoy the picture. It's been quite a while since I drew a spider woman. Anyhow, I actually had this idea while I was sitting around watching Ghost Whisperer on Scy fy channel(lol XD). I always liked the idea of a bunch of smaller spiders wrapping up larger prey. With some of the news about spiders wrapping an entire tree in a couple nights it seems possible. Andhow, hope you enjoy it. the second of Halloween pics to be posted. Not sure what else to do, but I'll think of some more ideas.
